a balanced stay
modern gym convenient location outdated room slow check-in
the hotel gym had a good selection of equipment. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the location was convenient as it was close to transport links.. i also appreciated the friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, they were attentive.
my room felt a bit outdated. the bathroom looked old. i found the check-in process slow.

Selim Atias looked after us very well. Breakfast in the conservatory was fantastic. The room was great (i really liked the bed), thanks to Selim Atias.
The room was small. It also looked dirty to me. I think the carpets felt particularly dirty.

the location IS great, close to many theaters and restaurants. staff members were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the cocktails on offer.
the hotel felt very tired. it needs a good upgrade. scaffolding across the front entrance did not make for a good first impression.

Our room was upgraded, and it was so beautiful. Rose petals and treats decorated the room. A heartfelt message. The flower arrangements in the foyer made everything smell so nice.

The afternoon tea in the conservatory was a delight. A piano played softly in the background creating a peaceful atmosphere. Our waitress, Gabriella, was attentive and polite!!!

helpful staff great location lovely breakfast relaxing pool
the staff was very helpful especially george and christian i appreciated their assistance. the hotel location was great i could easily access nearby attractions. the breakfast location was lovely it provided a pleasant start to the day. i also enjoyed the pool it was a relaxing experience after a day of exploring.
the bathroom did not have a separate shower this was slightly inconvenient

Wonderful Birthday Celebration Stay!
birthday decorations sparkling wine kind staff convenient location
I found a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates upon arrival. The staff were very kind. They made my 70th birthday special. The hotel location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions.
The heated towel rack in the bathroom was not needed and made the space warmer than necessary.
